  I came with my family and regretted coming in the first place: we waited more than 20 minutes (their touchscreen system didn't work, i guess) for someone to take my order.
  Nobody even cared to ask if we were helped.
  
  When we decided to leave, the manager asked us if everything was ok (i guess he spotted us). I explained the whole situation, he apologized and asked us to stay and he personally will take care of us.
  
  We were there, the kids were really hungry and frustrated, so we gave it a try.
  
  Thanks to the manager on shift our experience wasn't that bad, he even didn't let us pay our check.
  By the look on his face when we left seems like he had to take care of other tables who were on the same situation like us. We really hope he gets better staff so he doesn't have to play 2 roles and receive all the punches.
  
  Probably we won't come back again.

  The food here has never been the problem, it's always been consistently average. You know what you're gonna get. The prices are creeping up but the extras like soup and salad abs breadsticks help.
  
  The issue here is service. It's always pretth bad. There are not enough servers and they are running around and forget things. Food comes out in the wrong order and you'll get appetizers before your drinks. It's always the case that you'll see many open tables that are not cleared quickly so you end up waiting a while for a table. At least they have half price drinks while you wait now.
  
  We still come back cuz it's comfort food and we expect all the above.

  Typical olive garden. Friendly service. Professional/classy atmosphere. And great food. Always packed for a reason.
